Reports are formatted using "Homegauge" software.  Emailed in pdf format.  Digital pictures of residence and problem areas are taken and incorporated into the report in their respective areas.  There is a summary page at the end of the report (not included in 4-point inspections) with any areas that need repairs/replacement with indexing to the specific area within the report.
